GotBrief

I created GotBrief to help inspire people to be more creative and to encourage everyone to make something!

The concept is pretty simple: a new one word brief is put up each week for people to focus on. Members can then choose to share what they've made by uploading it to the site for feedback, comments and hopefully likes.

The site is built on Drupal 7 with a number of custom modules as well as a completely bespoke theme, designed and built from a mobile perspective, which adapts to various browser widths.

The North West Innovation Network

The North West Innovation Network (NWIN) website needed to be redeveloped with increased functionality and focus on the network members. The NWIN team, based in the InfoLab21 at Lancaster University, required a site they could update themselves with the ability to add and update member profiles.

Ambiente restaurant

The ambiente restaurant team required a new website with one key requirement: they could update their own site and menu whenever they wanted. With this in mind, I created a new Drupal installation with a customized dashboard for them to update their site content quickly and easily.

A friend of mine: Joe Bowker created the visual design of the site which I then converted into a custom Drupal theme.

Andy Hudson Music - Website

Andy Hudson is a freelance music professional based in London. He required a site which would allow him to upload the various music tracks he has worked on and ultimately build his online presence.

The site was built using Drupal 6. The theme is a custom theme I developed specifically for the project. The functionality of the site was achieved using a combination of modules, mainly the: Audio and the Views Modules.

The Lancaster Award

The Lancaster Award is a programme setup by Lancaster University. It aims to help students relate any extra curricular activities they carry out to prospective employers.

The site was created using Drupal 6. The theme is a custom design based on the zen theme, and styled to suit the requirements of the award team.

The Customs People

Barnard Atkins Ltd. were going through a rebrand and needed a new website for the customs branch of their business.
The visual design of the site was centred around the new brand image & was also crafted to fit in with an additional website the company had already created.

This is one of the first Drupal websites I created after deciding to head into the world of freelance website design and development.
